Students of the Columbus College of Art & Design in Ohio understand that the usual, traditional methods of their fellow students cannot be attracted to student government. Therefore, they use rather original methods. For example, Super Mario Bros. After all, they are artists!
With the beginning of the academic year, an active social life begins at Columbus College of Art & Design. To coordinate all student initiatives in this college, a student government body has been created. But not all students know about the existence of this body at all. This graffiti was created to popularize it.
It was drawn by twelve college students (Aschliman, Chavilah Bennett, Jennifer Sands, Michael Smith, Dion Utt, Walker Crane, Greg Reyes, Dillon Sirimongkhon, Alex Trimpe, Pallavi Sen, Jessica Braunschweiger, and Emily Rickard) in eight days. Moreover, it is painted on the building of the college town hall, where the office of the student government CCAD is located.
The dimensions of this drawing are 5.5 meters vertically and 11 meters horizontally. And it depicts a Nintendo pocket console with the game "Super Mario Bros." on the screen. Also written on this graffiti is a call to join student government at Columbus College of Art & Design. In the future, the same group of art students plans to paint one new graffiti a month to popularize the idea of self-government, as well as their favorite entertainment machines, set-top boxes and just pocket electronic toys.
