A series of illustrations depicting miniature Lilliputian women living in a world of gigantic things is another amusing product of contemporary art. Each illustration is permeated with charm, humor, and somewhere even light irony.
Marta Monteiro (Marta monteiro) Is an artist from Portugal and the author of a collection of funny illustrations, the main characters of which are tiny Lilliputians living in a world of gigantic things that acquire qualitatively new characteristics for little women. Brave petite ladies carry a huge slice of pizza on their shoulders, pull an impromptu spaghetti rope and even fight each other on the windowsill. The series of colorful, humorous illustrations has even been awarded a gold medal by the Illustrators Association.
No less original and funny illustrations is created by a young illustrator from France named Gwendal le Bec.
