Talking about his work, photographer Roberts Birze says that his photos may not be very good, but they will probably be of interest to everyone. Unusual photographs are catchy because they are created in the form of a puzzle, from many small fragmentary photographs, which are combined into one whole photo canvas.
Landscapes, ordinary scenes of everyday life, a view of the city - in order to assemble one such picture, the author sometimes needs to take up to 300 pictures.
Roberts Bierze is often asked how he creates his photographs. Some people think that he resorts to photoshop. Not without this, of course. He shoots the same scene many times, and then collects all the photos in a photo editor and starts cropping, resizing, picking the right colors, images and stitching them together to get one whole layer-by-layer image. The construction of such a picture from many small pictures is somewhat like a puzzle that needs to be collected for a long time and patiently. There is no secret in the work, you just need to be able to plan and clearly imagine the scene that you are playing.
