Daredevils ready conquer the roofs of skyscrapers, there are many in the world. Someone rises to the top in search of thrills, someone dreams of becoming famous on the Internet, and someone simply cannot imagine how it is possible to live differently. Tom Ryaboi, a talented young photographer from Toronto, is one of those guys for whom skywalking Is a lifestyle, not just entertainment.
We have already told the readers of the site Kulturologiya. Ru about Tom Ryaby's dizzying photo projects, today we present to your attention a new selection of photographs from the “Rooftopping” series, taken during recent walks on the rooftops.
Tom Ryaboy recalls that, as a child, he always strove to climb onto the refrigerator, and his parents often took him out of there. Perhaps, the boy's childhood dream of conquering the peaks has remained with the guy to this day, because with a team of like-minded people, he regularly raids local high-rise buildings, from where wonderful panoramic views of Toronto open.
Fear is alien to young adventurers, they are ready to climb the most inaccessible objects, boldly sit on the edge of the roof, carelessly dangling their legs. Someone will say: "Posers", but a cat in his soul will envy the ability not to be afraid of difficulties and overcome himself. Tom Ryaboy admits that from the height of the city they look different: the rumble of noisy streets becomes muffled, people scurry below like ants. The city itself looks different: you can carefully consider the grandeur of skyscrapers rising from the ground to the sky, the beauty of bridges and arteries-roads.
We can only thank the brave guys for the opportunity to enjoy the city views, sitting in a comfortable chair and with a cup of warm tea. Emotions, of course, are a little less, but there is no risk.
