British artist Ella Robinson with her creativity she is able to revive even dead wood, even the most gray and boring pillar, cobblestone or board. The girl takes on the most unexpected materials, which later turn into original designer jewelry, or creative bright installations. Multicolored strips of fabric, laces, threads, ropes - whatever, as long as it is colorful and bright - Ella will find use for all these materials. So, from pieces of wood and fragments of branches, she can make creative necklaces or pendants, and unnecessary logs and other leftovers of wood in combination with the same bright threads and ropes will become excellent decorations for everyday streets, as well as small courtyards and backyards.
Ella works both with found materials and materials bought for her own money, but she does not use paint or crayons - she prefers to "paint" in a different way. For her, such work - in three dimensions and with the natural properties of materials - is much more interesting than painting or graphics. So, from an experimental project, Ella's hobby turned into a large-scale art project, and later - into a lifelong work that brings pride, satisfaction, and pleasure.
Ella is a recent graduate of the Royal College of Art in London and studied multimedia textiles at Loughborough University, where she fell in love with stripes and vibrant colors. These and other items can be seen on Ella Robinson's page.
