"And I fly, and I fly, and I want to fly!" - Vodyanoy sang from the famous Soviet cartoon, complaining about "life is its own tin". Born to walk on earth, he will not be able to fly on his own, - checked by Daedalus with Icarus. But imagine yourself as a bird - as much as you like!
One restless Dutch dreamer named Eelko Moorer gave people this opportunity back in 2006-2007. At least I tried to do it. His curious art project "Bird People" is still a subject for active discussion. The idea is to become like living creatures that can fly: birds, or bats. Thus, the project consists of several Elko inventions: a perch, a seat for a balcony and special "flying" boots for the subway or other public transport.
By the way, bright red boots have a curious story. Elko Morer invented the device when he fell asleep on the subway. For some reason, he thought that it would be great to ride in the carriage without sitting, but, for example, hanging on the rail upside down. So the project was born, and to test it in action, the designer donated the invention to his girlfriend Alice Wolff. She became the first "hanging passenger" of the London Underground, testing the project for strength and examining the reaction of passengers. By the way, the British were not at all surprised, or pretended that there was nothing strange about the girl hanging upside down and holding onto the pipe with the soles of her shoes. They only asked the "bat" where she got such original shoes, and whether they would be on sale in stores.
Elko Morer explains such a marvelous art project simply. Say, he always liked to imitate animals and birds, he liked that they, unlike people, are free and light, so he decided to come up with something that would give people a little of such freedom.

What exhibits the "Bird Museum" keeps under the roof of an ancient temple: What jackdaws have been stealing from people for 100 years
The unique collection of old papers discovered by scientists in Zvenigorod amazes not only with its diversity and antiquity. The fact is that collectors for hundreds of years have been birds that steal material from people to insulate their nests. Thanks to the "feathered historians", scientists got their hands on a wide variety of exhibits - from food coupons of the 30s to scraps of documents from the 17th century
People and money, people made of money. Art project Big Business from SenseTeam
The Chinese creative agency SenseTeam presented a symbolic art project at the Asia award 2011 exhibition, which consisted of several huge portraits of people. These portraits from afar resembled patchwork, but upon closer inspection, they turned out to be … collages of money, of a variety of currencies. At the exhibition, they appeared under the name Big Business
People, people and again people. Drawings by John Beinart
If you only have a couple of moments to get to know Jon Beinart, then, glancing over his paintings, you will see black and white portraits or several human figures. But the drawings of this author are nevertheless recommended to be considered more thoughtfully and more carefully: and then you will see that in each image there are tens and hundreds of people, who can be peered at for hours
Twentieth Century Bird Nests: Bird Nests by Sharon Beals
Just as people set up their homes, birds make sure that their nests are both a cradle and protection for their chicks. A variety of bird architecture masterpieces can be seen in Sharon Beals' photographs. The Bird Nests series is a large collection, with exhibits provided by the California Academy of Sciences and the Museum of Vertebrate Zoology. The eggs and nests that we can see in the photographs were found during the twentieth century
Photo project "Animalia": animals are not people, and people are not animals
Imagine an empty, empty city where there is not a single person. Empty houses, workplaces and public places, empty streets and parks. There is not a single human soul. No life. Rather, there is no human life, but there is an animal
