Not so long ago, an amazing man-made cloud appeared over the American Georgetown. An installation called Cloud terrace built by artists Andy Cao and Xavier Perrot, using neither more nor less, 10,000 Swarovski crystals … Strung on a wire mesh, which forms a multilayer cloud hovering over the artificial pond of the old Dumbarton Oaks mansion, sparkling crystals look at the same time as precious pieces of ice in a magical winter, or drops of rain or dew shining in the sun.
The installation of the wire frame and its subsequent decoration with crystals took several days from the authors of the project. As a result, those present were able to see something incredible, magical, magical - a spectacle that is really worth admiring!
The installation was created in collaboration with JP Paull of Bodega Architects with support from Harvard University's landscape architecture and design professionals.

Mushroom Cloud: A mushroom cloud of mushrooms. Installation by Chris Drury
"… For a long time the guys could not understand what kind of" fungus "grows in the distance" - this is how a good half of the bloodthirsty stories about a little boy that children told each other when I went to school ends. A similar "fungus" has grown in the portfolio of contemporary artist Chris Drury, except that nothing had to be blown up for this, and no one was hurt. This peaceful installation is called Mushroom Cloud
