Of course, our smaller brothers need human protection. However, sometimes they themselves become guardian angels of their masters. These selfless pets from all over the world are real heroes and truly deserve world fame! Their intelligence, courage and dedication to their masters are admirable. And we, people, can only learn these qualities from our pets and take an example from them.

Parrot Willie

Young American female students rented an apartment in Denver. Samantha was in lectures that day, and Meagan was at home with her two-year-old daughter Hannah. Megan was preparing cookies in the kitchen when she suddenly heard the screams of the girl's pet from the room - the big talking parrot Willie. The bird frantically repeated: “Mom! Baby! Mama! Baby!"

Megan rushed into the room and found the girl panting: Hannah choked. The parrot ran alongside and continued to scream. Megan managed to save the child: an unfortunate piece of food jumped out of his throat. As soon as Hannah stopped panting, the parrot immediately fell silent.

Pitbull Kilo

A resident of Staten Island (USA) was relaxing at home with his girlfriend when there was a knock on the door: a man dressed in a delivery service uniform was standing on the threshold. “Can't I use your ballpoint pen?” The stranger asked, but as soon as he was let in, he immediately took out his weapon. Pit bull Kilo, who was at home, did not hesitate for a long time: sensing the danger, he rushed at the robber. The offender managed to shoot the dog in the head, but the bullet passed tangentially, without touching the vital organs. The robbery was prevented, and the dog quickly recovered and after a few days was able to go out into the street.

Domestic pig Lulu

An acute heart attack found a resident of Pennsylvania Joanne Oltsman at home. Fortunately, at this moment her pig Lulu was nearby, which the woman kept in the house as a pet. Seeing that the mistress fell to the floor, the pig got out into the street and went to the road. On the way, she was seriously injured, but that did not stop her. The pig stood in the middle of the road, trying to get the attention of the drivers.

Cars drove by, but one of the driver who drove the trailer stopped. He saw the blood on the pig's belly and decided to take it to the owners. Following Lulu, the man entered the house and said from the doorway to the hostess: "Your pig needs help!" “Me too,” the lady whispered, “Call a doctor!”. On the same day, Joanne underwent heart surgery. She survived thanks to the faithful Lulu.

Several years ago, the famous traveler Fyodor Konyukhov fell through the ice during an Arctic expedition. He moved on a dog sled, the ice withstood the dogs that ran over him, but the five-hundred-kilogram sleds did not.

If not for the brave pets, the traveler would certainly have died in icy water, all the more so in a frost of -26 ° C. Faithful sled dogs managed to pull the sleds and the owner out of the water!

Labrador Jedi

Since the age of two, the young American Luke has been suffering from type 1 diabetes. Parents got the son of a black Labrador named Jedi, who was specially trained as an assistant to people with diabetes.

It happened at night when everyone was asleep. Luke was lying next to mom. Suddenly the Jedi barked and began to wake the woman, leaning on her with all his weight. Dory, Luke's mother, immediately understood everything: she jumped up and measured her son's sugar level. He was extremely low.

"Luke was lying next to me, just a few centimeters from me, and I was asleep and did not suspect that he was feeling bad," Dory wrote later on her Facebook page, "If it had not been for the dog, my son would have died."

Old Faithful Max

Three-year-old Australian Aurora, unnoticed by her parents, left the yard and headed towards the forest thickets. The deaf and half-blind dog Max followed her. The faithful pet loved the girl very much and tried to always be near, which saved the baby. After moving about two kilometers from the house, she got lost, and all 15 hours that the little one spent in the forest, old Max did not leave her.

Rescuers and relatives found Aurora and the dog only the next morning. The baby heard the voice of her grandmother in the forest and responded. When people approached the bushes in which the girl was sitting, the first to rush to them was a half-blind dog.

The baby was examined: fortunately, she was fine. And when they took her in their arms, the rescuers noticed that the girl smelled strongly of wet dog hair: the faithful Max tried to warm her all night.
