Now these structures are subject to protection, as they were included in the list of historical and cultural monuments of the peoples of Russia. Such an order was drawn up by the Bashkir department dealing with issues of state protection of cultural objects. This order was drawn up a long time ago and signed on May 31, and only now it has been published on the legal portal of the republic.
In total, four objects of the estate were included in the register. They are: The main house of the estate, which was built in the 90s of the XIX century; Demidovskaya mill, erected in the 60s of the 18th century; The courtyard house from the second half of the 19th century and the Corner House. Not only the ancient buildings themselves, but also the territories within the historical boundaries of the estate fall under state protection.

Allowed to work on the installation of small architectural forms, which include steles, benches, flowerpots, fences, if they do not violate the historical environment. Other works on the territory of the protected estate are also possible, if they do not contradict the requirements for the safety of the object.
Earlier in 2017, during a public hearing, it was decided to build up the quarter where the Pershins Estate is located. It was decided to demolish all the dilapidated housing around the estate, but leave the estate itself. This estate is a complex of buildings with a height of 2-3 floors. These structures are made in different style solutions: wooden architecture, Russian provincial classicism, etc.
In place of the demolished dilapidated buildings, it was decided to build high-rise buildings, a kindergarten, a school, clubs for children and adolescents, a clinic, a parking lot and consumer services. By the way, it was decided not only to preserve the estate, but also to carry out work on its refinement. Many participants in the public hearing said that they had long been waiting for the resettlement of dilapidated emergency facilities and new modern housing will appear in their place.
