2024 Author: Richard Flannagan | [email protected]. Last modified: 2024-01-10 02:10
Rachel Neville is a New York-based photographer. She herself danced in ballet at one time, and now she specializes in filming a person in motion. She loves experimenting with movement. And the result of such experiments was a conceptual photo cycle dedicated to dance. The photographer placed the accents in these shots on expressive movements, which in themselves are an interesting story.

Underwater photography that doesn't look like underwater photography: a photography project from Adeline Mai
We have written about underwater photography more than once, but the peculiarity of this series of photographs, created by 20-year-old girl-photographer Adeline Mai, is that the water in it does not look like water. Rather, they are people immersed in the ether, who appear before us in an extreme degree of purity and harmlessness
To the rhythm of the dance. Funny photo project "Dancers Among Us" by Jordan Matter
They are here, they are nearby, they are already among us and are striving to blend in with the crowd! True, they are unlikely to succeed, they are very noticeable characters, well-known personalities, and with strangeness … Well, how can you not pay attention to a person resting on a park bench, stretched out on a twine? Or a person "hovering" over the asphalt, who strives to overcome the obstacle in the form of a roadway with one graceful jump? A funny art project called "Dancers Among Us" ("Dance
Hypnotic photos of famous ballet dancers dancing right in the streets
Omar Roble has not only extensive experience in photography, but also mime work in the theater. For him, to be able to convey emotions, feelings and thoughts non-verbally means to step on the highest level of communication. That is why his last series of photographs is dedicated to dancers performing pirouettes and plies in the midst of noisy metropolitan areas. Each dancer is like an island of concentration on his own inner world among many hurrying people who are concentrating on the hustle and bustle around
