Viktor Tsoi became a legend during his lifetime. He was loved for his non-standard style of performance, unique voice and amazing music. He had many admirers and female fans, but unlike other rock artists, he did not have numerous affairs and short-term relationships. He was immersed in creativity, and he had only two women. Viktor Tsoi was only 19 when, in 1982, Maryana (Marianna) Rodovanskaya came to one of the parties where he was present. The girl celebrated her 23rd birthday that day and, seeing Viktor Tsoi lying on the floor in a white shirt, was so fascinated by him that, without a shadow of a doubt, she wrote her phone number with her own lipstick, according to witnesses of that epoch-making meeting, directly on her forehead …

Maryana already had the experience of an unsuccessful family life behind her, she held a good position in the circus and at the same time was energetic, charming and assertive. Perhaps it was the girl's assertiveness that became the reason that Viktor Tsoi's mother, Valentina Vasilievna, was opposed to a potential daughter-in-law when her son expressed a desire to marry. She seemed too sophisticated, punchy and somewhat vulgar compared to her son.

However, the parents of Maryana herself were also not delighted with the choice of their daughter, they were embarrassed by the nationality of the future son-in-law. Marianna's mother, Inna Golubeva, admitted in one of her interviews that she not only did not like Victor at the moment of her first acquaintance, he caused her a purely physical disgust with his appearance. By the way, later Inna Nikolaevna and Viktor Tsoi became friends.

But two years after they met, the performer nevertheless entered into marriage with Maryana. The girl actually possessed organizational skills and leadership qualities, she was fascinated by her husband's work and began to do everything so that the Kino group gained popularity and could declare herself not on the next apartment house, but on the big stage.

She developed the image of the musicians, designed the costumes herself and arranged for the band's concerts wherever possible. And the group really became famous thanks to the active Maryana. With her direct participation, the first article about Tsoi in the Soviet press was published, the author of which was Yevgeny Dodolev. The wife of Viktor Tsoi uttered a phrase that became winged: "The Kino Group is me!"

Victor and Marianna Tsoi seemed like a completely organic couple, but the musician did not feel happy at all. The wife was too strong-willed for the independent and freedom-loving Tsoi, he felt lonely and incomprehensible, and even his son, whom the performer loved very much, could not save this situation. In some sources, you can find information that another reason for the separation of the spouses from each other was Maryana's hobby for alcohol. Tsoi himself consumed alcoholic beverages very sparingly, and he was extremely negative about the fact that his wife was often "tipsy".

Natalia Razlogova

If not for the shooting of Viktor Tsoi in the film "Assa", he might never have met Natalia. They were people from different worlds. Natalia Razlogova was married at that time and raised a seven-year-old son, who was very fond of the "Kino" group. She was five years older than Viktor Tsoi, lectured on the history of cinema, translated films from French and ended up on the set of Assa almost by accident, expressing a desire to see how films are made. By the way, Natalia Razlogova did not listen to rock and did not feel any reverential awe towards the soloist of "Kino".

No one knows when this romance actually broke out. For quite a long time, Viktor Tsoi and Natalia Razlogova addressed each other as "you" and kept aloof. After filming the film in Yalta, they parted, and then the musician came to Natalia at night in June 1987. By that time, she had already parted with her husband and lived with her son in a Baltic village. Since that night, Natalia and Victor have practically not separated for three years.

Neither he nor she was interested in official status. Natalia accompanied Viktor Tsoi during the tour, they traveled together and enjoyed every minute spent with each other. According to the friends of the performer, it was Natalia who was able to save the rock legend from his karmic loneliness. But fate measured them only three years of happiness.

When Natalia found out about the death of a loved one in a car accident, she immediately called Maryana, who immediately flew in and completely took over the organization of the funeral. There has never been any division of property or a public showdown between the two main women of Viktor Tsoi.

Maryana Tsoi and Natalia Razlogova subsequently married, but the memory of Viktor Tsoi has always lived in their hearts. Maryana died of cancer in 2005, Natalia is married to Yevgeny Dodolev, the same journalist who once wrote the first article about Viktor Tsoi in the Soviet press.
