Almost 13 years ago, almost the entire country was shocked by the news that the popular actor Alexander Dedyushko, along with his wife Svetlana and 8-year-old son Dmitry, had died in a terrible car accident. Many people think that the artist did not leave behind heirs, but few people know that the celebrity has a daughter, Ksenia, who was 16 years old at the time of her father's death. How did her fate develop, and why was the girl left with nothing?

First love, long-awaited daughter

Alexander Dedyushko got married for the first time back in 1986. His chosen one was the aspiring actress Lyudmila Tomilina, whom he met while studying at the Nizhny Novgorod Theater School. The girl was considered the first beauty of the institution, and the guy, on the contrary, was shy and timid. But this did not prevent him from recapturing the chosen one from another gentleman.

Young people got married, but after graduating from college, Lyudmila ended up in Yaroslavl, and Alexander - in Vladimir. Life in different cities led to a cooling of relations, and even the birth of daughter Xenia in 1991 could not save the marriage. Once Dedyushko confessed to infidelity, but Tomilina could not forgive him.

Nevertheless, for the sake of the child, the ex-spouses were able to maintain a warm relationship. And even more, Lyudmila and the second wife of the actor Svetlana Chernyshkova were even able to make friends. Ksenia, on the other hand, took her father's departure painfully, but she was always glad to be visiting his new family and was equally warm to the two brothers who appeared with her parents in other marriages. However, the girl always addressed her father by name and only on the day of the funeral called him dad.

A disaster that left no chance

Ironically, on that fateful November evening, Alexander and his family were returning from Vladimir from friends who had met his second wife several years ago. Svetlana and his son Dima were in the car with him.

It is still not clear why the experienced driver Dedyushko exceeded the speed limit, crossed the double continuous line and flew into the oncoming lane, but the car literally flew under the truck. Alexander and Svetlana died immediately, while the child, according to eyewitnesses, breathed for some time, but died before the ambulance arrived. The family was buried in closed coffins, because their bodies were severely mutilated.

There are still many versions of why the actor put his family at such a risk. They say that that evening he was in a hurry, as it was necessary to meet his wife's relatives who were to come to visit. Poor visibility, slippery roads, or vehicle malfunction may have played a role.

Direct heirs were left with nothing

It is noteworthy that Xenia should have been in that ill-fated car. The day before, she was going to visit her father, but she fell ill with a fever, so she postponed the trip. Who would have thought then that the illness saved the teenager from certain death. And then the most interesting thing began.

The fact is that shortly before the death of the family, Svetlana's sister Anna, who dreamed of becoming an actress, settled in their house. But Alexander, seeing that the girl did not have a special talent, was in no hurry to use his connections to promote her. Moreover, the relative loved to have a glass or two, which the artist also did not like. The wife's parents, who already disliked their son-in-law, found another reason to express their displeasure.

But after the funeral, Anna remained to live in the actor's metropolitan apartment. Parents hurried to move to his country house near Lipetsk. Moreover, the relatives of the deceased Svetlana decided that all her husband's property should belong to them. They started calling Alexander's grief-stricken mother and demanding compensation, because, in their opinion, it was the man who killed Svetlana and Dima, falling asleep at the wheel.

Although the court divided Dedyushko's property equally among all the heirs, the actor's mother, ex-wife and daughter refused their shares. The only thing Ksenia asked about was to give her her father's award for Best Actor in the series "Operational Pseudonym". But here, too, the Chernyshkovs found a way to benefit. They demanded money, and when the girl gave them the funds, they said that the medal was lost. And only a few years later it turned out that the relic had been in the actor's apartment all this time. The girl did not receive the money back either. They did not give her gifts from her father, Dima's toy, which she asked for, and photographs.

The actor's mother was very worried about the loss, so she did not fight for his inheritance. After a while, the woman suffered a stroke, after which she never recovered.

I wanted to follow in my father's footsteps, but changed my mind

Ksenia, after graduating from school, at first, like her father, wanted to connect her life with the world of cinema and theater. The girl effortlessly entered the drama school and even managed to appear in several television projects. However, pretty soon Dedyushko realized that her hobby could not be called a vocation, so she applied to a technical university. Now the 29-year-old girl works in the field of gas automatics. She does not like increased attention to her person, almost does not give interviews, admits that she is not a public person at all and loves a quiet and measured life. By the way, outwardly, Ksenia is very similar to the famous father, so many fans of his talent regret that the heiress did not follow in the footsteps of her parent.

Dedyushko admits that the death of her father was a great shock for her, and, according to her, if she knew that she would lose him so early, she would often say how she loves him, and would not hold a grudge because he left his mother.

Alexander's grave has been looked after by his ex-wife and daughter all this time. Relatives of Svetlana, who got almost everything, do not appear at the cemetery.
