He already had a daughter, who was born in a de facto marriage with Ninel Podgornaya, and the actor no longer wanted to have anything to do with diapers and baby screams at night. Nine years after her marriage to Vladimir Soshalsky, the actress filed for divorce, but managed to maintain a warm relationship with her second husband.

Happiness on the third try

Alina Pokrovskaya met German Yushko at the Theater of the Soviet Army, where they both served, Pokrovskaya from 1962, Yushko - from 1969. Actors often played lovers on stage, and gradually feelings passed from the stage to real life.

It was at that time that Alina Pokrovskaya starred in "Officers", and therefore she was not at all touched by the courtship of Georgy Yumatov and Vasily Lanovoy, who competed for the attention of the actress. She was already sure of her love for German Ivanovich and was going to live with him a long and happy life.

The trouble came to their house quite unexpectedly, when German Ivanovich was diagnosed with cancer. Before that, he never complained of health, and even after the doctors told the actor about the terrible diagnosis, he did not lose heart and was determined to fight. Alina Stanislavovna was always next to her husband and was amazed at how stoically he endured all unpleasant procedures and endured sometimes unbearable pain. The operation brought only temporary relief, but the couple did not give up. For more than four years they tried to defeat the disease.

Back at the end of September 2010, they were on tour together in the cities of Russia, and German Ivanovich sang and danced on stage, although the pain did not even allow him to walk normally. His legs were very swollen, he put on oversized boots and went out to the viewer with a constant smile on his face.

The actor's condition worsened, Alina Stanislavovna devotedly looked after her husband, arranged him in a good hospital, but the treatment completely stopped alleviating Herman Yushko's condition. After being discharged from the hospital, the actor was given a referral to a hospice, but his wife was going to look after him on her own. She did not sleep at night, she herself gave injections to her husband, but by that time the pain had become completely unbearable.

Herman Yushko spent only a day in the hospice. He hardly regained consciousness, and then opened his eyes, looked at his beloved woman with a clear look … She only had time to tell him that he was not afraid of anything. On November 11, 2010 he was gone.

Overcoming the pain of loss

After the departure of her beloved husband, Alina Pokrovskaya has been living alone for almost 10 years, but she cannot be called a lonely person. On the weekend, son Alexei comes with his wife and son Maxim, and the actress herself is a welcome guest at Alexei's dacha near Moscow.

Alina Stanislavovna is already 80 years old, but she still enters the stage of the Central Theater of the Soviet Army, where she has been serving for more than half a century. She plays in five theater productions and is not going to quit her job. It is the work that helps the actress not to feel age.
