The actress, TV presenter and wife of Andrei Konchalovsky is always very reluctant to give interviews. If she agrees to meet with journalists, she diligently avoids topics that seem too personal to her, affecting any strings of the soul. She is able to get up and leave if someone only tries to offend her, and not give anyone the opportunity to see their tears. But sometimes Yulia Vysotskaya is able, as if by accident, to give an opportunity to appreciate the depth of her personality.
An actress who doesn't like to suffer
Julia Vysotskaya is a very private person. Even when she studied at the acting department of the Belarusian Academy of Arts, the teachers noted: she does not like to suffer. And at the same time, a completely logical question arose, why did she become an actress with such a character. Today, Julia Vysotskaya explains the craving for the acting profession not at all by the desire to live hundreds of lives in her roles, but by banal vanity, the desire to get what is lacking in life: attention, praise, fame.
She herself calls herself a deep introvert, for whom the stage or set is the only possible way of psychotherapy. Only in the profession does her closeness find a way out. Everything else - interviews, social sittings, publicity - these are already the costs of the profession.
If business development did not require Yulia Vysotskaya to actively maintain social networks, she would not be there. And during the interview, she worries much more than during the filming with Andrei Konchalovsky or going on stage.
Man in a case
She knows how to delicately feel, but even better she can control her own emotions. Julia Vysotskaya never allows herself to completely open up to strangers, even if she gives an interview. It may seem to the viewer that she is very sincere, open, almost “her own”. In fact, her every word is deeply thought out, she speaks and shows exactly as much as she herself considers necessary.
A stranger will never make her cry in front of the camera (unless, of course, the role requires it). Painful questions, of course, can hurt her, but in this case she has a "homework": if the words of the interviewer upset her, she will just get up and leave. No persuasion will work in this case, she does not feel the desire to bare her soul in front of an audience of millions, and even more so to shed tears from an excess of feelings.
That is why she categorically refuses to answer questions about what feelings she experienced when she got married to Andrei Konchalovsky, or what changed in their lives after this sacrament, which took place on January 20, 2019 in the Trinity Cathedral of the Pskov Kremlin. Julia Vysotskaya only noted: those two days spent in the monastery made her cleaner and better. But the conversation about faith is too intimate, and it is not easy for her to talk about it.
Julia Vysotskaya strives to do everything with ease, trying not to live at the limit of possibilities and avoid excessive investment of moral strength. She does not always succeed, but, as the actress admits, step by step she accepts "a share of a certain indifference" inherent in her husband. This greatly simplifies, if not life itself, then the attitude towards it by 100%.
Strongest fear
The famous presenter does not like to dream, because, in her opinion, dreams "steal" the event itself, and if something does not go as planned, then disappointment and tears can hardly be avoided. So she ended her dreams once and for all.
She considers mercy more important than justice, she will choose the latter between freedom and security, because, according to Yulia Vysotskaya, a person is free only if he is not responsible for anyone, is not attached to anyone and no one depends on him.
And the biggest fear of Yulia Vysotskaya is to suddenly find herself weak. She is afraid of getting sick, losing the opportunity to serve herself on her own, or suddenly becoming a burden for her loved ones.
It seems that this is precisely the secret of the stunning form of the actress. She is constantly on the move, she is definitely involved in sports, and just enjoys every second of such a fleeting and at the same time wonderful life. And she prefers not to talk about her pains, but to hide them so deeply that no one would even think of rearing her wounds.
Before meeting Yulia, he already had four marriages, five children, many films and world fame behind him. She has a fictitious marriage with a classmate and work in the Belarusian National Theater. Since the first meeting Andrey Konchalovsky and Yulia Vysotskaya almost a quarter of a century has passed, and even today they look at each other with admiration and tenderness.
