Everyone knows how many poor people in India and in what monstrous conditions they have to live, work and raise their numerous offspring. But at the same time, Hindus know how to have fun and have fun like no other. Every year in India there is the brightest, the most cheerful, the most colorful holiday of spring called Holi (Holy), which is able to raise even the dead and amuse even a person in deep depression. These days, the streets of cities and towns turn into a real rainbow - you will not find so many colorful outfits and smiling faces anywhere else in the world. And everyone strives to sprinkle, pour, coat another with paint of one color or another in order to share with his neighbor the joy of the coming of spring.

Many are so carried away that they are covered with a thick layer of this very paint, and children are especially trying. But parents have nothing to worry about: they say that all these paints are made of medicinal herbs, and it is even useful to sometimes take such "colored" mud baths - for the prevention of colds, and for the general tone it is useful.

During the festival, local markets sell jingle jewelry, whistles, flower and berry necklaces, fluffy skirts and shirts, and bags of colored powders. So, like it or not, but no one will be able to avoid the "colorful" rain, everyone will join the fun, wonderful holiday.
