What is the likelihood that a bag of money will fall on you? What is the likelihood that money will be modern and legal? Would you photograph a moment like this in your life? Would you allow someone to capture this not only in their own memory, but also in the memory of the camera? But the participants of the photo contest "30 impossible cases that actually happened" very much even take pictures of such incidents.
Black Car, White Car
The photo was taken above the road, standing in a tunnel as white cars drove in and black ones drove out. The main idea of the photo, before I even took it, was to show contrast and movement, which is why I chose vehicles as the basis for the photo. It took me about a hundred shots to feel that everything was in order and the final photo was taken from about 25 shots, and all due to the fact that during the shooting I somehow managed to jerk my tripod.
Double Rainbow, All The Way, Etc Etc
I photographed about twenty yards from the bike path. Because of the awkward shooting angle, I needed perfect focus and depth of field. In fact, my photo didn't really have a concept, but when I began to pay attention to the colorful t-shirts of cyclists, I realized what I needed. I took about two hundred pictures and worked with only 26 of them. Post-processing in GIMP took me five hours.
Look, It's The Goodyear Blimp!
I was returning home from filming in different parts of the city, when I suddenly raised my eyes to the sky and saw this airship. Recovering myself, I immediately took out a tripod and started taking pictures right on the spot, at the entrance to the metro station. I photographed about every fifteen seconds or so, in the end I missed more than one of my trains or even two, but the result was worth it - it covered 700+ photos taken in city back streets.
Skate park
The photo was taken in a skate park next to one of the beaches in Barcelona. In total, I took about a hundred pictures, but I worked with only 15 of them, the most interesting ones that I imported into Photoshop for processing. As a result, my computer started to crawl, as the PSD file weighed 800MB, and the temporary Photoshop file was 8GB.
The birds
So, in general, I will start by saying that I will never undertake such work again. I thought it would be easy. In general, I realized that at least I shouldn't have put my tripod so close to the path, teeming with tourists. So, I took several dozen photos, thought that this was enough and calmed down. But I had no idea how many nerves I had left ahead. I didn't know anything about Photoshop, but I was most worried about getting into this competition. With a little googling I found GIMP. 8 hours of work with 10+ layers, my work deserves to be called good.
Winner - Flight Control
I had a great idea for a photo with dogs, but as you can see from the picture above, the weather was disgusting and no one took their four-legged pets for a walk in the park. Then I decided to take pictures of some water vehicles, the brocade of graceful yachts, but, apparently, in such weather, no one even wants to swim. As a result, I went to the planes and took 725 pictures.
