Stanislav Duzhnikov got his first role by accident, just showing a classmate how to play the role of a stepmother's daughter in the fairy tale "Cinderella". And the head of the theater studio immediately took her bearings and said: this role is now his. Stanislav tried to protest, but the teacher Raisa Ivanovna was able to convince the teenager that many famous actors began their careers with female roles. After the premiere of Cinderella, Stanislav became one of the most popular boys in school.

But before that he had never played on stage, and in general he was considered a difficult child. He was a hooligan, beat windows, burned tires, and had drives to the children's room of the police. And this despite the fact that the boy's grandfather and grandmother were teachers. After finishing the sixth grade, Stanislav was sent from Saransk to the village for re-education under the supervision of his grandmother, an honored teacher. Attending circles was part of the educational measures. At first, the teenager only did the physical work of setting up the scenery and moving the chairs, and then went on stage.

After a successful debut, Stanislav Duzhnikov began to read a lot and one day he came across the book "The Vakhtangov and the Vakhtangovites". He read it and suddenly realized that he wanted to join the theatrical fraternity. Having received a certificate of secondary education, he went to the capital. He was only interested in the Shchukin school and nothing else.

As a result, he failed the entrance exams for three years in a row. In the meantime, Stanislav Duzhnikov entered the Saransk School of Culture, then at the Moscow Institute of Contemporary Art. And year after year he stormed the coveted Shchukin school. In the fourth year, he gave himself his word: if he does not enter this time, he will never again think about the profession of an actor. But in the fourth year, he still entered the course of Evgeny Knyazev.

Then there was a service at the Gogol Theater, Gorevoy's "Theatrical Events Factory", a theater under the direction of Armen Dzhigarkhanyan and, finally, the Art Theater. A. P. Chekhov. And after the start of active work in the cinema, popular love and fame came to the actor.

Stanislav Duzhnikov met his future wife, actress Christina Babushkina, thanks to friends. True, feelings between young people did not arise immediately, for another year and a half the actors only crossed paths in common companies. And then suddenly it turned out that they are very interesting to each other, and friends have long called them an ideal couple for creating a family and the birth of beautiful children.

Soon after the marriage, the daughter of Stanislav Duzhnikov and Christina Babushkina Ustinya was born. But the baby was only five years old when the couple broke up. They maintained friendly relations, continued to raise Stesha together, but the family no longer existed. Former spouses in their interviews cited the argument about departed feelings as a reason for divorce. In fact, only the actors themselves know what happened, but evil tongues claim that the reason was the rapid weight gain by Stanislav Duzhnikov.

A profession that requires sacrifice

It turned out that after Stanislav Duzhnikov was approved for the role of Lenya Voronin, the filmmakers asked the actor to gain 20 kg. Stanislav Duzhnikov liked the image of a big naive guy who was to play an actor so much that he enthusiastically began to recover. True, I overdid it a bit and gained all 36 instead of 20 kg. And then I gained again and again.

Until in 2016 the actor took himself seriously and lost almost 50 kg. And at the same time he argued: he just began to eat right and play sports. According to the actor, it is very easy to lose weight, you need to exclude too high-calorie foods and constantly keep yourself in control.

The actor claimed that he had never been complete before, but for the sake of the role he liked he was ready to sacrifice. For ten years, while the series was filmed, Stanislav Duzhnikov either lost weight, then gained it again. In 2016, he lost 40 kilograms and appeared in front of the audience in a new image. It is worth noting that by that time a new lover had already appeared in his life, florist Katerina Volga, who supported Stanislav in every possible way. And even went to the gym for a loved one.

Six times, the actor returned to the starting point after losing weight. The reason for this, in his opinion, is his own indiscipline in the use of food and alcohol. But he still intends to say goodbye to being overweight forever, since it is very difficult for him to be in such a large weight. Moreover, the filming of the series "Voronins" has already ended.
