Have you ever wondered who lives next door to you? No? Then it's time to take a closer look at your neighbors. What if, for a long time now, we are all surrounded not by people, but let's say, high-tech and perfect, who are damn hard to distinguish from a person, not only externally, but also emotionally, because modern "machines" have learned to show their own character, but together with him and intelligence, unusual for them.
They drink coffee, go jogging and grocery shopping, cook food, paint their nails and lips, try on dresses, smoke languidly through an open window, enjoy a cup of "coffee" as fuel, work and grab their heads when something is not right. it turns out to be simpler, in one word - they live an ordinary human life, worrying about something, dreaming and rejoicing in something. This is exactly what the high technologies of our time look like in the works of the photographer (Nicolas Bijo), who created an impressive series of photographs called "The Robot Next Door".
The characters of his work are practically no different from the average people, but only they are several times superior in some of their abilities. And the fact that the artificial mind has learned to think logically and independently is no longer news or a secret to anyone. After all, androids are considered one of the most intelligent creations on the planet, created by human hands. But, what if one day, these deeply thinking creatures get out of control, as in the well-known TV series "People" and live their real real life, exactly as they see it? What then awaits humanity? Rise, fall, or another war with the uprising of machines eager to become humans? What will the future be like and will it be at all? Perhaps, all these questions were asked by the talented author, working on his brainchild, investing in each image a piece of soul, feelings and emotions.
Continuing the topic of high technology - or the story of babies who do not cry, do not be capricious and do not grow up.

As Khrushchev showed his mother to the world Kuzkin: did the secretary general knock on the podium at the UN with his boot?
The most popular myths about Khrushchev are stories about how the secretary general promised the West to show Kuzkin's mother and banged his boot on the podium at a meeting of the UN General Assembly.
