Andreas Fischer is a Berlin-based artist who associates his art with data visualization. More specifically, he works with the presentation of scientific information and data in creative drawings, sculptures and installations. Andreas Nicholas Fischer was born in Munich, Germany and studied at the University of the Arts in Berlin. He connects his creativity in visualizing data that is usually outside of human perception.
A skilled artist as well as an accomplished analyst, Andreas Nicholas Fischer creates statistical sculptural schemes that represent, for example, the world's gross domestic product, or stock market figures. In addition to sculptures, Fischer uses algorithms to create amazing, images inspired by theoretical botany and the growth process in nature.
The forms that come from scientific research are not random or planned. This is a formal presentation of natural phenomena and facts of life. All of these sculptures, installations and paintings tell stories that have emotion and meaning.
