He collected an ostrich without the use of welding and soldering, from his spent devices with mechanics. Its legs, neck, tail and toes are movable, which makes it a good opportunity to experiment with it.
I tried to select the material from parts that were previously in a dynamic (aggressive) environment, for example, the entire back with a tail and the entire belly are made of electric motor windings.
These are my first "sculptures" made of metal, they were assembled in the spring, from out-of-date electric motors, all sorts of ancient vacuum cleaners, typewriters, and reel-to-reel players.
The body for this insect was riveted from old capacitors, the legs were welded with electric welding, but I want to work with the legs, grind each joint, the nover will be more contrasting.
The result is such an inquisitive monster.
Still the same ostrich in one of the variants, it reminds me of a knight in armor.
Now it will blow away … …
Everything has a downside, including the ostrich, you just need to search, experiment….

Ostrich People in Lee Materazzi's Photo Project
"Head In" is a series of unusual photographs by Lee Materazzi depicting people who look like ostriches. Why ostriches? And because their heads are hidden, and not only in the sand, but also wherever you can hide: the models stick their heads into the wall, or the bedside table, and also bury them in the ground
