It is not without reason that many painters prefer plein air to work in a studio or workshop, and in search of a muse they go to a park, forest or the nearest square within the city. Israeli designer Gur Kimel I know firsthand such a muse. After all, it was she who gave him inspiration to develop an amazing collection of natural jewelry. Nature preserve, where each item is created from real gifts of nature, personally collected by the author during walks in nature. The jewelry collection consists of several lines, Valencian Seed Collection, High End Collection and Simply Nature Collection, for which the author collected material in different places where he happened to be. In his native Jerusalem or Tel Aviv, in the parks of Valencia, in the forests of Scandinavia, Gur Kimel replenishes his stocks of cones and branches of conifers, acorns, nuts, strangely shaped seeds, without giving up seeds of various fruits or completely dried fruits and berries. Once in the designer's workshop, all this goodness soon turns into outlandish jewelry.
Gur Kimel creates original pendants from acorns, nuts and cones become pendants and earrings, seeds and seeds become necklaces and other exclusive accessories that cannot be ignored. Of course, all the gifts of nature first undergo careful processing, and only then begins the process of transforming nuts, seeds and fruits into outlandish jewelry. The author covers the materials chosen for this or that jewelry with a thin layer of 24-carat gold or 925 sterling silver, sometimes leaving some parts unpainted. This is done so that the jewelry "breathes", since it is completely and completely natural, "natural".
