Using a camera and Microsoft Paint, Frenchman Thomas Lamadieu has created a series of stunning works called Sky Art. In the photographs, the sky bordered by the city rooftops, the artist depicted bizarre images of people and animals.
According to Lamadiou, the idea of "heavenly drawings" came to him while observing the unusual transformations of clouds floating across the sky. The artist's rich imagination painted amazing fantastic images, which he tried to transfer into his works.
Interestingly, in his work Lamadieu prefers the "prehistoric" application Microsoft Paint, creating with this program he creates charming "claustrophobic" drawings. “What I love the most about Microsoft Paint is its 'old school spirit,'” Lamadieu writes on his blog.
Contemporary artists have learned to see beauty in any of its manifestations. Thomas Lamadiou is not the first to see ideas for his creativity in everyday things. For example, barista Mike Breach found inspiration in his profession by painting amazing mini-paintings on coffee foam.
