If the eyes are a mirror of the soul, then the work of a photo artist with Armenian roots, Suren Manvelyan, can be called a journey through the looking glass. Every day we see hundreds of eyes, but we do not even suspect how fantastic they are, if you look into them properly … The truth is that if you look into your eyes for a long time and intently, you can plunge into a trance. Eyes have some kind of hypnotic property, it is not for nothing that lovers drown in each other's eyes, calling them whirlpools. Suren Manvelyan captured some of these whirlpools in his photographs from the series Your beautiful eyes.
Each eye is a magical, unique planet with a unique landscape, color and "decorations". I want to look at them over and over again, each time wondering how nature is a skillful creator. A person will never repeat what nature gives birth to playfully, with graceful ease. All that remains is to photograph these miracles, admiring the skill of the immortal author.
