In other words, Kiva Ford became a professional glassblower, but he does not specialize in making dishes at all - the artist creates amazing miniature glass sculptures. That is why Kiva Ford calls his work glass sculptures, and willingly conducts master classes, demonstrating in practice what it means to be a glassblower in the art world.
Kiva Ford lives and works in New York, is a member of the American Scientific Society of Glassblowers, of which, by the way, there are not so many in the world - this is a rather rare and unpopular specialization, albeit a very curious one. That is why there are always more than enough people who want to attend his master classes, and well-known and wealthy residents of not only the United States, but also foreign countries, buy amazing glass glasses and vases for their personal collections, which the master makes by hand, according to their own design projects. …
The master is fond of history, psychology and mythology, which cannot but be reflected in his work.
