Despite the development of modern technologies, designers have long found the best way to create a unique project. It is enough to combine together two most ordinary objects - and now we have almost a work of art in front of us.
This is exactly the idea that came to the head of the designer Shelly Sabel. In this project, we see nothing more than a simple combination of two familiar objects. Here we can see umbrellas and small porcelain lamps connected with aluminum. It would seem, is it possible to make lamps from umbrellas? Who would have thought of such a thing! And the designers do not come up with such things. Interestingly, the idea is really commendable. Having hung umbrellas-lamps high under the ceiling, we look at them and make sure that the idea looks very nice.
And if you take umbrellas of different colors, as shown in several photographs, then a real art installation comes out. According to the designer, the lamps have not yet been mass-produced, however, the project was shown at two exhibitions, including the DIFFA-2009 (Industrial Design Foundation helping to fight AIDS). Maybe few people want to hang umbrellas in their apartment, it seems rather strange, but, for example, in the country it is quite possible. In addition, you can probably do something like this with your own hands. The lamps look very cool!
