Video: "Water to your head". "Wet" photo project by Marcin Cecko

Polish photographer Marcin Cecko is not very famous outside his homeland. Perhaps because he is still young and relatively inexperienced, or perhaps because his main job is related to the tasks of advertising agencies. But one way or another, his works, made not for advertising, but for the soul, are worthy of attention and admiration.
We will admire one of the earliest photo projects of Marcin called "Water to your head". As the photographer himself says, the series of "wet" pictures was taken five years ago with an old 4-megapixel camera, which still came with instructions. To participate in the project, Marcin Cecko invited several friends to show by their example how natural a person looks when in contact with a crystal clear substance - running water.
Water can warm us up, or it can make us drink and refresh. Water is able to wash away all sorrows and bad thoughts, dirt roads and gossip from us. And since Maundy Thursday is approaching, on the eve of Easter, the photos of this project are most relevant for contemplation.
More works by Marcin Cecko, this original author, can be seen on his website or in the web gallery.

Adult children or child adults? Photo project "Kidults" Marcin Cecko
We recently wrote about the work of this distinctive Polish photographer, Marcin Cecko. In particular, about his "wet" works made by an ancient four-megapixel camera. But in the context of the last works of this author, one cannot fail to mention a series of adult-child characters, designed in a photo project called "Kidults". Trust me it's worth it
Bald men and water wigs. Water Wigs Photo Project by Tim Tadder
Anyone who is not afraid to wet their heads is bald or shaven-haired men. It's just business that to get a bald spot wet with a napkin, and then wipe it with a rag. And also men rarely fool themselves and those around them with the subject "I have something with my face here" or "I'm fat in this photo."
