Giorgio Vasari said: "The paintings of other artists can be called paintings, while Raphael's paintings are life itself." Probably this can be said about the paintings of Elena Kapustina. And even a rather impudent comparison of them with the half of Raphael becomes appropriate, one has only to look into the eyes of the people depicted by the artist. Bright and sparkling, they look at the viewer and seem to be as real as those who look at them. Elena Kapustina, a brilliant representative of Impressionism, once again proves to us that Russia will not run out of talent!
Elena Kapustina was born in Ryazan in 1969. From 1984 to 1989 she studied at the Ryazan State Pedagogical Institute (RGPI), where she received a higher art education. After graduation she worked as a teacher of drawing and drawing at school. The artist also managed the art studio for some time. And, of course, Elena worked tirelessly on her style, changing and perfecting it.
Thanks to her efforts, Elena Kapustina has become a fairly well-known artist in Ryazan (and in the country as a whole), she takes part in many regional exhibitions. The artist's canvases are in private collections in Russia, Spain, Italy, USA, Germany and other countries. In addition, Elena's works can be purchased on the Internet (and for a fairly affordable price, they cost approximately from three to ten thousand rubles).
Thick strokes and bright saturated colors give the paintings a cheerful, spring mood. In this, Elena Kapustina is like other impressionists. So if you liked Elena's work, you will surely like both Neil Patterson and Kevin Macpherson with their lively style.
I am very glad that not only abroad, but also in our country there are such talented artists as Elena Kapustina. Or, say, Elena Petrova with her delicate pastels.
A distinctive feature of Elena's style is her love for clear drawing of faces, the landscape can be somewhat "blurred", but the faces of the heroes always create the compositional center of the paintings, so that the canvases do not "disintegrate". The artist also has many paintings with expertly painted flowers and landscapes. Of course, the artist's works can decorate not only the living rooms of art connoisseurs, but also art galleries.
Unfortunately, Elena Kapustina does not have her own website, but you can find a lot of her works on the Internet.

Nature is not only the most talented artist, designer and sculptor, but also the best ideological inspiration for a creative person. Israeli designer Gur Kimel is familiar with such a muse. After all, it was she who gave him inspiration to develop an amazing collection of natural jewelry Nature Preserve, where everyone is
