Many photographers traditionally take part in the annual Velux Lovers of Light photography competition. This year 15 thousand people competed for the title of the best. The judges selected the most talented photographs, among which were the work of both amateurs and professionals. Preference was given to 10 pictures, considering which you can make a virtual trip around our planet. Our world is filled with light - there is no doubt about it after viewing the photos.
Tom Dyckhoff, writer, TV presenter and jury member, said that the competition evaluated not only the technical capabilities of photographs and compositional features, but also those emotions and feelings that the authors managed to put into their works: “I think we we managed to find those contestants who, creating their pictures, really drew inspiration from the enchanting beauty of natural lighting."
