Remember flying ship, on which the chimney sweep Ivanushka took his beloved, Princess Zabava, from the greedy king? This ship from the beloved Soviet cartoon has become a symbol of the fact that all the most cherished dreams are realizable. It turns out that there is a place where there are a huge number of flying ships. This is the creative studio of an Italian architect Luigi Prina, from the ceiling of which dozens of "air craft" descend.

Luigi Prina has been fond of modeling since childhood, at the age of 16 he even received an award for one of his charming creations. And fifty years later, already a recognized architect, he made a bet with a friend, the Venetian artist Eugenio Tamiolo. He, in addition to painting, is fond of shipbuilding. So Luigi Prina set out to equip an ordinary model of the ship with wings. When the first ship "soared" to the ceiling, both craftsmen were delighted with the wonderful idea.

Twenty years have passed since Luigi Prina retired. All these years he has occupied himself with the design of more and more flying ships, his collection already numbers more than two hundred samples. All models are made of the finest paper and light balsa wood, they are equipped with a propeller, which is necessary for flying. The weight of the ships is tiny - only about two ounces. In addition to boats, there are also "winged" bicycles, you just have to take a closer look.

Luigi Prina, inspired by his passion, often writes romantic stories about ships flying over the horizon. Perhaps he can rightfully be called one of the most sincere storytellers of our time.
