The base of the tartlet is a sponge cake covered with white glaze, and the colors of Pantone shades are formed from various fruits, sweets, vegetables, berries, jams and other bright products. And no food coloring, only natural product!
It should be noted that Emily Gelpa has long been interested in creating brightly colored food. According to her, she is a passionate sweet tooth, loves to cook and also loves to eat.
