10 july Yuri Stoyanov turns 61, and his colleague and friend Ilya Oleinikov would have turned 71, but 6 years ago he passed away. They were connected not only by one birthday for two - with a difference of exactly 10 years - but also almost 300 episodes of the Gorodok TV program, dozens of film roles and more than 20 years of friendship, despite a hundred differences in views and characters.
Until 1989, their lives revolved in different orbits. Ilya Oleinikov (real name - Klyaver) was born in Chisinau in 1947, graduated from the Moscow School of Circus and Variety Arts, clownery department, worked as a conversational artist in Mosconcert and Lenconcert. Yuri Stoyanov was born near Odessa in 1957, and received his education at the Lunacharsky Moscow State Institute of Theatrical Art. After graduation, Stoyanov became an actor in the Bolshoi Drama Theater, and he also performed at concerts in the genre of author's songs.
Their paths crossed when both were invited to star in the movie "Anecdotes". It was in July, both were preparing to celebrate their birthday and were faced with bags of alcohol on the doorstep. At first, they did not believe in this coincidence, they began to check their passports and found that they were born on the same day - only with a difference of 10 years. Since then, they have constantly exchanged gifts on their common birthday, but they preferred to celebrate it separately, each among their friends and relatives. They say that attempts to introduce them all to each other each time turned into "the most ridiculous Armenian wedding."
At that time, Oleinikov already had experience in a duet. True, he was not yet “Oleinikov” at that time. The artist worked with Vladimir Vinokur, performed with Roman Kazakov. With the latter in a pair, they became known as the duet "Kazakov-Klyaver", but Vinokur advised Ilya to take a pseudonym. And he began to speak under the name of his wife. In 1986, Roman Kazakov died, and Oleinikov could not find a new stage partner for a long time.
After filming a movie, Stoyanov and Oleinikov came to television, where they were given a heading in the program "Adam's Apple". There, for two children, they told jokes and played humorous scenes, after which they decided to create their own program. The first issue came out in 1993 under the name "Kergudu", but the next one was renamed into "Gorodok".
Both did not expect that "Gorodok" would become a long-liver of television broadcasting, and the presenters themselves would soon become popular favorites. Oleinikov admitted: "". Stoyanov explains the success of the program as follows: "".
Their joint project became a record holder, having existed for almost 20 years and having received four TEFI awards. During all this time, they played more than 6,000 roles, and Stoyanov, as a rule, got female images - the mustachioed Oleinikov was in no way suitable for them. And Stoyanov was so organic and convincing in female roles that fans of gay sex even began to attack him, and journalists pestered him with questions on this topic. At first, the artist was angry, and then he got used to it and just joked it off.
Rumors that the duo had broken up, the paths of Oleinikov and Stoyanov parted, and "Gorodok" was closed, circulated throughout this time. Each of them had their own interests - Oleinikov was fond of music, wrote songs for his son, singer Denis Klyaver, as well as for Edita Piekha and Nadezhda Babkina, staged the musical "The Prophet", wrote a book of memoirs "Life is like a song". Yuri Stoyanov actively acted in films. However, their cooperation did not stop.
Many were surprised how they manage to work together for so long and at the same time remain friends, because in their outlook and character they were completely different. Oleinikov said: "".
The news that Ilya Oleinikov was diagnosed with lung cancer was a shock for both. Stoyanov experienced the tragedy of a friend as his own. And Oleinikov did not give up and continued to work until the last days. Even when he lost his voice, he continued to act, and another actor voiced him. The last time he was taken to the hospital directly from the set. No one could believe that a person with such a strong-willed character and such a thirst for life could leave ahead of schedule. Alas, the doctors were powerless. A few months before the 20th anniversary of "Gorodok", on November 11, 2012, the famous artist passed away. Stoyanov refused to work without his permanent partner, and the program had to be closed.
They were repeatedly asked questions about what unites them and what kind of relationship they have. Probably the most comprehensive answer to this was given by Yuri Stoyanov after the death of his colleague and friend: "".
With a rare constancy in the acting environment, the departed artist was distinguished not only in work, but also in his personal life. Ilya and Irina Oleinikov: 39 years of happiness.
