First, it turns out that at home the man already has two other similar dolls for adults, who, of course, are very wary of their newly-made rival for the heart and body of the husband-owner.
As a result, the doll woman becomes very lonely. She has contact with the owner only once every few days, and her only friends are pets and books.
But gradually the life of the heroine of the series of photographs "The love doll: days 1-30" by Lori Simmons is getting better. She has habits, friends, hobbies. In general, she becomes an ordinary housewife, albeit a fake, dollhouse. But this fate, in fact, is much better than the fate of a large number of real, living women.
But still, the main message of these works from Laurie Simmons is to show the real situation of a huge number of women around the world, whom their husbands treat as things, their property, and not living people.
