Alexey Mironov was born on January 3, 1924 in the village of Slobodka, Smolensk Region, but from an early age he lived in Moscow with his family on Malomoskovskaya Street. Each of his outings was a holiday for the boy, who was instantly carried away and wanted to do something similar.

When the Great Patriotic War began, the future actor was only 17 years old. But he could not sit still and, assigning himself a year, in November 1941 went to the front. He served in the infantry, graduated from a regimental school, became a gun commander, then led a fire platoon. He took part in the battle for the Dnieper and in the Battle of Kursk, the liberation of Ukraine and the storming of Berlin.

In the winter of 1945, he graduated from the school of junior lieutenants, continued to serve in the Central Group of Forces, and taught at the school for sergeants. But his dreams were invariably associated with the theater.

1947 was a significant year for the actor. He retired and entered GITIS. Already in his third year, he began to participate in the productions of the Theater of the Revolution, and then went separately to the lectures of Andrei Goncharov, trying to learn the secrets of directing. After receiving his diploma, the actor was accepted into the troupe of the Kaliningrad Theater, a year later he moved to the Murmansk Theater, and then returned to the capital, becoming an actor of the Theater of the Soviet Army, to which he gave 35 years.

Alexey Mironov made his debut in Gerasimov's film "Young Guard", playing in a small episode of a German sentry. And then there were roles in "Heart of a Dog", "Eternal Call", "Youth of Peter", the film "Three Poplars on Plyushchikha" and many other works in films. Alexey Mironov dreamed of a big role, but he never grumbled and did not refuse small ones. And he carefully prepared for each shooting, endowing his character with the character and destiny that the viewer saw on the screen. And he remembered.

For the first time, Alexey Mironov married a girl whom he met at GITIS during his student years. After graduation, they left for Kaliningrad together, but her husband did not want to go to Murmansk for her husband. The separation did not contribute to the strengthening of the family in any way, and after a couple of years the marriage broke up.

For six years, Alexey Ivanovich lived alone, and after that life gave him a meeting with the main woman in his life, the musician Galina Anisimovna. Together they lived for more than 40 years, raised a son and daughter, Vladimir and Elena, rejoiced at the appearance of grandchildren.

On Police Day in 1999, Alexei Mironov spoke to the Moscow police, and on November 16 he was gone. The militiamen accompanied him on his last journey with all due honors, as their employee.
