Since childhood, Emilia went to various circles, went in for sports, dancing and music. Her father often took her with him to the theater, and at the age of 12 she first appeared on stage, reciting poetry at the celebration of the theater's anniversary. In her youth, Emilia was very shy and timid, and her father had to work with her a lot, teaching the basics of the acting profession - he saw his daughter in the future only as an actress!
Nevertheless, Emilia Spivak doubted her choice of profession for some time - in high school she wanted to become a lawyer, but quickly realized that she did not have the necessary qualities in order to achieve success in this field of activity - in the first place, poise and prudence. But she still became a lawyer - not in real life, but on the set. It was in this image that the whole country recognized her, when, in the 2nd year of the St. Petersburg State Academy of Theater Arts, she was offered the role of Zhenya's lawyer in the series "Secrets of the Investigation".
At first, the producers assumed that Emilia Spivak would appear only in a few episodes at the end of the first season of the series - her heroine was supposed to temporarily replace the star of "Secrets of Investigation" Anna Kovalchuk when she went on maternity leave. But the lively, emotional and impulsive young intern of the investigation department, Zhenya, fell in love with the audience so much that screenwriter Elena Topilskaya wrote a big storyline for her for 8 seasons ahead. And in the next episodes, the audience already watched the contrasting duet of the two main characters - the investigator Maria Shvetsova and the lawyer Zhenya.
After this success, directors drew attention to the young actress. Oleg Tabakov invited her to the Moscow Art Theater, but she refused this offer, remaining in the Youth Theater on the Fontanka, however, she also participated in the productions of the Moscow Art Theater. Another bright film role Emilia Spivak received also thanks to the occasion: in "State Councilor" Oksana Akinshina was supposed to play the role of the banker's daughter, but on the first day of shooting the actress did not appear on the set, for which she was removed from the role, and Emilia Spivak was approved instead.
After the 8th season of "Secrets of Investigation" Emilia Spivak left the project. For the past 10 years, she has continued to act in films and TV shows, but she no longer had such vivid roles. At the moment, the 38-year-old actress has more than 60 works in her filmography, but so far "Secrets of the Investigation" and "State Counselor" remain the pinnacle of her creative path. In her personal life, Emilia Spivak is also haunted by failures. She had an affair with actor Daniil Spivakovsky, he proposed to her, but the wedding never took place - the actress at that time was not ready for family life and moving to Moscow. At the age of 30, she married a former classmate, but after 2 years this marriage broke up.

Maryana Spivak also grew up in a creative family and became the successor of the acting dynasty. Her grandmother, Zhanna Prokhorenko, was a famous Soviet actress who became famous after her roles in the films The Ballad of a Soldier and And If This Is Love?
