We promised that as the New Year approaches, we will talk about any subjects related to this topic. I guess oh Christmas trees we have told you enough - everyone will find here something to their taste. Now about other, no less useful things - candles. Designers believe that even such a thing as a candle should have a shape that matches your mood. Nowadays in stores you can find a great variety of various candles - both comic and not so bright, both bright and strict, both festive and ordinary, in case the electricity is suddenly turned off. Nevertheless, on New Year's Eve, it is better to decorate the table with something more interesting. Moreover, this review contains food, inscriptions, and body parts.
Food comes first, and first comes a cup of cappuccino. I think it won't be easy to light such a candle and, moreover, watch how it burns out … Looks too realistic, so appetizing. But you have to, it's still a candle.
Next is a slice of wonderful Swiss cheese that you just want to put in your mouth. Instead, we take the matches and light the wick. Complete injustice!
And if the previous candles were vertical, this one is some kind of flattened, that's why, maybe, not quite comfortable. And all because it is made in the form of fried eggs. Again, it looks extremely natural!
About candles in the form hands we have already said, we dedicated a separate post to them not so long ago. And no matter how unusual some of the presented candles are, they will definitely please someone, if only because of their originality.
For a moment we forget about European cuisine and move to Japan - here we have candles in the form of sushi. I am sure that you can buy them anywhere, but personally for me sushi is still associated with the land of the Rising Sun.
If we digress a little from the topic of food, then you can see such candles. Embers - it is quite obvious that they must burn. Probably not quite the way we are used to, but still - to burn. It will be somewhat strange to see a pebble on the festive table with a wick and a fire at the end. Just a candle.
And if coals still seem to be a completely normal thing, then what about an incandescent light bulb? Why “burn” it? I think it's just that the designers decided to take some unexpected step and make a candle-lamp.
As we mentioned at the beginning, there is also a candle with text - extremely simple. The word “melt” is depicted here, I think there is no need to explain anything. The candle really melts before our eyes, although it is unlikely that it will burn out all over New Year's Eve.
Another one for those with a sweet tooth in the form of small cakes. Well, the main thing is not to confuse real food with these candles in the midst of the holiday. Of course, candles don't smell delicious, and it's hard not to notice the wicks, but you still need to be careful.
And finally, the designers offer us a rather dangerous, at first glance, idea - a lighter candle. Here everything is much more serious - not to confuse a candle and a real lighter, otherwise it could be dangerous. Although I would like to hope that there are hardly any people capable of making such mistakes. Holiday greetings!

Why the Dutch light candles every year in memory of 101 Uzbeks
Every spring, the Dutch gather in a forest near Utrecht, lighting candles in memory of the executed Soviet soldiers from Central Asia. 101 prisoners of the concentration camp were shot in this place in 1942. This story did not receive wide publicity, and could have sunk into oblivion forever, if not for the Dutch journalist's own investigation
Secret symbols in still lifes: What fruits, flowers, candles and other objects can tell
Still life refers to a work of art that depicts a group of inanimate, usually trivial objects. Traditionally, still lifes are also full of hidden symbolism - a pictorial language that uses an ordinary object to convey a deeper meaning. The most famous examples of still lifes are the immaculately detailed and richly symbolic paintings of the Dutch Golden Age. Nevertheless, regardless of the period, still lifes are still one of the most popular
"Delicious" candles that can make any evening romantic and cozy
Daylight hours become insidiously shorter and shorter, and the closer the winter, the evenings become more endless. To add coziness and a touch of romance to the atmosphere, you should buy candles - they are the best "magicians" who can turn an ordinary dinner into a romantic one, and an evening conversation into a heart-to-heart conversation. The candles of this Lithuanian craftswoman are so cute that not everyone dares to light them. However, they are also able to transform ordinary life into magical life - both when they are burning and when they are just standing on the table
The art of lighting candles. The best installations from "Art For Earth"
A candle in the wind is a symbol of fragility and insecurity, but if you put together thousands of lighted candles and put some message with them, they gain strength. The Art For Earth movement, organized and led by Jorge Puyol, creates amazing installations around the world, outlining political or environmental issues with the soft glow of flickering candles
Candles, Drunk Drivers and Global Warming: Photo Manipulations by Ferdi Rizkiyanto
The new work of graphic designer Ferdi Rizkiyanto, known for his advertising prints for large international companies, as well as his participation in several social projects, looks like a photograph of an intricate candle wax sculpture. Of course, the secret of an incredible image is in the magic of numbers, but it still looks impressive
