It is believed that as a child, all boys want to be superheroes, ice cream sellers, or, at worst, astronauts. But if even after many years, flights to the stars and other planets remain only a ghostly dream, and there is no spaceship captain's suit hanging in the closet, space can be admitted in another way. This will be facilitated by a Japanese confectionery company. L'eclat and its novelty Planetary Chocolate - a box of original chocolates in the shape of the eight planets of our solar system. Small multicolored balls, surprisingly similar to three-dimensional souvenir models of planets, are packed in a long box with a star print so that no one doubts what exactly is in front of him. You open the box, and inside is the smell of space, which consists of a mixture of scents assigned to each of the eight planets. Of course, each chocolate planet has not only an individual smell, but also with its own special taste.
Edible Mercury leaves a thick taste of ganache (a mixture of cream and chocolate) on the tongue with refreshing notes of lemon, mango and coconut, while Venus is tender and sweet, covered with a thin layer of whipped white chocolate with a lemon flavor. The taste of Mars is a refreshing orange ganache combined with a fragrant citrus praline, Jupiter leaves a bittersweet aftertaste of chocolate with milk and fragrant Tahitian vanilla, the ganache of the planet Saturn is saturated with rum with raisins and covered with dark chocolate, and the sweet ball of Uranus - with bitter glazed milky chocolate. The taste of Neptune is tart coffee, whipped cream and spicy cinnamon, and our native Earth is ganache with an excellent taste of dark chocolate, which gradually turns into milk, and on the surface of the chocolate ball you can discern the outlines of continents. Each sweet planet rests in a separate cell, and in order to know for sure which part of the Solar System will now go to your mouth, each cell is neatly labeled.
Chocolate planets are sold individually, but if you order the entire series, the set will also include an imitation of the Sun, made of delicious cryollo chocolate with pineapple. But whether there is an edible version of the moon, history is silent. By the way, such a set is relatively inexpensive, only $ 50.
