While in our area people still consider advertising a clogging of airtime, calling it one of the main reasons for aversion to the media, foreign creators have long elevated advertising to the rank of art, turning it into real art projects worthy of a separate airing. Such an art project was the joint work of a bodypainting specialist, an artist Annie Ralli and photographer Ray Masseywhich they prepared for an advertisement for Ecclesiastical Insurance, whose slogan sounded like "You are in good hands" (You’re in good hands). "Good Hands", thanks to the talent of Annie Rayleigh, magically transform into a variety of characters and act out scenes among themselves. They play football and run short distances, pretend to be fruit and office supplies, or even take on the appearance of an ancient castle or fortress, demonstrating how reliable they are, these good hands of the insurance company. In fact, this is not just the art of body painting, but the most real illusions created by hands on the hands of a person.
These funny "hand-made illusions" can easily be an independent art project, outside of an advertising campaign. And he probably has such a chance, since such an original and unusual step could not go unnoticed, and certainly attracted attention, having won the favor and sympathy of the society of connoisseurs of contemporary art. And in advertising, the more noticeable, extraordinary, more interesting, funnier and brighter, the better. And not only for the one who advertises this project, but also for its direct author. We can say that the debut of the young artist Annie Rayleigh took place and was crowned with success.
Annie Reilly's work is reminiscent of the work of another author, the master of "hand bodypainting" Guido Daniele. The readers of Culturology have already got acquainted with his painting of hands and palms earlier on the pages of our site, but the work of the debutante in this direction can be seen on her website.
