What the minds of the most radical artists do not reach, especially if there are four of these minds, and they work in the same studio. Group of artists Gelitin is known for its radical installations, one of which, Klunk Garden, is a garden decorated with people.
Sometimes even one artist makes their brains boil, and if a whole group thinks in one crazy direction - what could be better. Group creativity is very common not only among musicians, you know: we all remember the Planet of Love park, which was created by a group of 20 artists; the project “Jewelery for urban buildings” from the studio “Inges Idee”; stunning curled paper work from Iron-Maiden art.
Gelitin are four madmen who first met in 1978 at a summer camp. Apparently, nothing has changed since then - then they played and worked together and now they play and work together. Since 1993, their exhibitions have been held all over the world. It's not entirely clear what is the point of their project Klunk Garden - a garden decorated by people, but the very crazy idea of such art project cannot but attract attention. They are based in Austria.
Meanwhile, over the years they have realized a lot of things: walls covered with paper, and performances, during which the sculpture was created by itself, and bulky chairs made of heaps of objects, and giant plush toys - all their works are interesting and unpredictable. And by the way, they all take place in different countries.
