The city is the island of human Civilization. And everything in him is created for a person, for his needs, his convenience. But we must not forget that we are not the only living beings on planet Earth. This is what Danish artist Johan Rosenmunthe wants to emphasize in his photo project “The Isle of Human”.
In modern cities, less and less space is left not for humans. For the same plants, animals. Public gardens and parks are being destroyed. Huge taxes on keeping pets are being introduced, or even banned altogether. As a result, cities are turning into reservations exclusively for people.
This, according to Danish photographer Johan Rosenmunt, is deeply wrong. After all, man is a part of nature. And you can't fence yourself off from it. After all, everything on the planet must coexist in harmony with each other.
These considerations are the subject of a series of photographs by Johan Rosenmunt entitled "The Isle of Human". In it, he shows a modern western city as if it were not people living in it, but animals.
These photographs by Johann Rosenmunt show various animals. Mostly from southern latitudes. But they walk along the streets and rooftops of his native Copenhagen. This is done for a greater mismatch effect. Thus, as well as the situations depicted, the artist shows that our cities are created exclusively for humans, and there is no place in them for the comfortable residence of other forms of life.
Johan Rosenmunt's work is, first of all, a warning! A warning that with the rise of urbanism, cities will expand. And with this process, the boundaries between Man and Nature will be further and further removed. And this process can become irreversible.

As it turned out, not only people are met by their clothes. The fate of animals also directly depends on the pedigree. The better and cleaner a dog's breed, the more likely it is to get into a good home, grow up on a well-balanced diet, and gnaw on sugar bones, not trash extracted from a container. Although this is unfair. The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals has long been concerned about this problem. The organization even launched a special advertising campaign, the slogan of which read: “

Animals in old age: a photo project by Isa Leshko
There are many photo shoots of older people that show the power of time over the human body. But it's not just humans that age. Animals, too, do not change for the better over the years. Photographer Isa Leshko decided to capture them in old age, showing that old age does not make anyone happy. The eyes of animals are especially impressive in this photo shoot
Eerie sculptures of hybrid animals. Metamorphosed Animals Project by Enrique Gomez De Molina
Inventing and reproducing new worlds that are inside ours, or even exist outside of time and space, artists and sculptors often inhabit them with outlandish creatures, the likes of which can only be seen in delirium, feverish dreams, or under the influence of potent "substances". Where they come from and where they go is unknown, but in modern art strange animals can be seen in the works of Jessica Jocelyn, Steve Bishop or today's hero of the publication, sc
Photo project "Animalia": animals are not people, and people are not animals
Imagine an empty, empty city where there is not a single person. Empty houses, workplaces and public places, empty streets and parks. There is not a single human soul. No life. Rather, there is no human life, but there is an animal
