Anatoly Beloshchin is not just another person who is engaged in underwater photographybut one of the recognized geniuses of this genre. Executed with great skill and talent, the work of the photographer is completely different from each other. And the amazing beauty of the places where he submerged under the water is simply mesmerizing!
Anatoly has two episodes underwater photography … The first is dedicated to caves, although they look like they are a completely different world and another planet. Photos of a well in Mexico called Cenote Angelita are especially interesting here. It is located at a depth of thirty meters, and earlier the Maya Indians collected fresh water here for sacrifices. Now this depression is a hydrogen sulfide cloud that looks like a giant cloud. Divers say that the experience of diving is like having been in space.
The second series of Anatoly's photographs is called "NUDE & FASHION" ("Nude and Style"). And when you look at these photographs, at first it seems that the author somehow managed to photograph real ruksaloks in all their undisguised glory.
In an interview with Novye Izvestia, Anatoly said that he started taking pictures under water about nine years ago. And he took the first pictures with the girls about three years ago. "The idea came by accident. I was scuba diving in underwater caves in Mexico. After one of the dives I went up to the surface and saw a stunning picture of the sun's rays penetrating the water. The rays of light passing through the green plants and beautiful underwater caves created a stunning composition. And despite the fact that he had already been in the lake for about three hours, he sat under water for another 40 minutes and looked at this beauty."
We've already written about the Behind the surface photography series by Italian photographer Nadia Moro and Zena Holloway, a British artist who is considered the world's best underwater master.
