Creating sculptures and other works of art from metal waste is a fairly common activity. However, the works that the sculptor does Brian Mock, differ in novelty, freshness and originality of a creative approach. The American creates his works from spare parts and other unnecessary metal elements. People close to the author claim that Brian Mock sees the future sculpture, if he just looks at the pile of scrap metal, in which he finds materials for creativity. Nuts and cogs, gears, metal scraps and other unnecessary parts of once working devices in the skillful hands of a talented author turn into figures of animals and birds, robots, fish, butterflies, cars and other sculptures. But most of all, Brian Mock is proud of his replicas of the famous Gibson guitars.
Despite the fact that the author uses only found metal objects, sometimes he has to "finish" them in order to obtain parts of the desired shape and size. After all, you can endlessly wait when a suitable one comes across. All sculptures are created by welding.
The sculptor is constantly invited to participate in exhibitions throughout North America and overseas. His sculptures are in private collections around the world. You can see his work on the personal website.

Owl and all-all-all: interesting paintings by Kathleen Lolly about forest dreamers
As a child, future artist Kathleen Lolly loved to wander through the woods near her grandfather's farm. Each animal in the stories of the little inventor received a funny biography and acquired habits. And until now, when Kathleen Lolly wanders through the same forest, she does everything

The authors of the project proudly stated that they found all the furnishings in the trash heap
Sculptural installations from various rubbish. Works by Sayaka Ganz
Broken plastic hangers, bent forks and spoons, used plastic dishes … Who keeps such trash if it must be immediately sent to the trash heap? And who throws it away, the artist Sayaka Ganz, whose sculptural installations just consist of just such rubbish, may ask with the same bewilderment
Rubbish installation by Pascale Marthine Tayou
It used to be that artists painted the Sistine Chapels or created paintings such as "Madonna" or "La Gioconda". Most modern art museums are littered with rubbish. Some figuratively, some literally. The latter, for example, includes the MACRO Museum in Rome, where a ten-meter-long installation made from plastic waste has recently appeared
