Cathy at La Prochaine Fois loves two things: good food and fancy decorations. Do you think it is impossible to combine them? In vain. In any case, our heroine easily succeeds: she creates magnificent rings and necklaces from … pieces of fruits and vegetables.

It all started with a rather funny hobby: the girl took various fruits and vegetables, cut them and dried them. “The dehumidifier has been my favorite toy recently,” says Cathy. She filmed all stages of the process of turning a juicy ripe fruit into fragile plates with a camera, and then posted the results on her blog. This continued until Cathy at La Prochaine Fois came up with a more interesting idea: dried fruit pieces can not only be photographed, they can be used to create jewelry!

At first, the craftswoman created several necklaces, and a little later a collection of rings was added to them. The creative process is simple enough. First, as mentioned above, the girl cuts vegetables or fruits and then dries them. After the pieces have dried well, Cathy connects them together like fancy flower petals and attaches them to the base. Everything - the unique decoration is ready!

And now for the most incredible detail: all jewelry from Cathy at La Prochaine Fois are edible! Except for the silver base, of course. So if, leaving the house, you suddenly find that you are hungry - bite off a piece of your jewelry and satisfy your hunger. Thanks to the author's imagination, you can choose a ring for every taste: apple, pear, orange, plum, beet …

Of course, such jewelry - despite all its originality - is short-lived and therefore not entirely practical. But on the other hand, who knows, maybe you will eat them faster than they have time to go bad?
