Well, as we promised, today we will continue the story about the creations of the designer Daisy Balloon. The first part of the interview can be read here … I think the works of this master deserve to be talked about for the second day in a row. Moreover, in addition to dresses, we can see something else.
We continue to talk about the interview with the designer. Daisy was asked the question - how does she manage to handle such fragile material as balls? After all, working with them is even more difficult than with flowers that fade so quickly. The designer does not deny that the shape of the balls is very unstable, that time passes and it changes. But she immediately adds:
- I believe that if balloons bring people joy and fun, then everything else fades into the background. Let the form not last long, but the feelings of people are limitless. In addition, thanks to modern technology, we can photograph and even film this beauty. Flowers also die at the end, so they are very similar to balls in this regard.
- But don't you think that with the development of high technologies, such “manual”, handmade art is losing its popularity, and soon it may even die? Do you think your art form will survive?
- Oh, this is a difficult question … I often think about it. Food, clothing, houses - all these are specific things that we must keep, balls are not so necessary. The answer to this question depends on what each of us values. It is not so important whether the balls survive or survive, because for me "balls = smiles". Children smile when they see balloons, and parents laugh when they see their children smiling. If balloons can create a happy atmosphere and add smiles to faces, then I'll be happy.
When asked about the two sides of her art - art as work and as a gift for children - Daisy says:
- Let me think. When I work for children, I myself try to enjoy the process, from the time I spend on it. I make them smile by showing and talking about my art. When I work on projects that will go to competitions, it’s just a challenge for me. It's more like training, sharpening technique, working on style. It seems to me that these two sides live on one side - it's like crossing from one side to the other, but being able to immediately return to the first.
- Finally, tell Daisy what you would like to achieve in the future.
- I want to run a real marathon - until I can master even ten kilometers. I want to try myself in something in which I have never even had the slightest experience.
While translating the interview, I really got into this artistic personality - indeed, a person makes a pleasant impression not only in words, but also in deeds. I hope it was interesting for you to read and watch the photos:) I liked Daisy's work and I think we will hear more than once about her victories in international competitions.

Brothers-artists Korovin: Two different worldviews, two opposites, two dissimilar destinies
The history of art, mixed with the human factor, has always been full of various mysteries and paradoxical phenomena. For example, in the history of Russian fine arts there were two painters, two siblings who simultaneously studied and graduated from the School of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture in Moscow. However, their creativity and worldview were completely different, however, like themselves, they were diametrically opposed both in character and in fate. It's about the Korovin brothers - Konstantin and Sergei

Outfits from multi-colored balls. Air Fashion by Daisy Balloon
Designer Rie Hosokai from Japan is very fond of flowers, and all her life she dreamed of becoming a florist, but it so happened that at her first job she was instructed to create compositions not from flowers at all, but … from balloons. Of course, the girl was not delighted with what had happened, but when she noticed that her "airy" creations bring people no less joy and smiles than flowers, she decided to improve and refine this skill. And finalized it to the point that now she is under a pseudonym
