On August 25, Sergei Bugaev, a famous artist, actor and musician, suggested thinking about opening a rock music museum in St. Petersburg. He spoke about the need to create such a museum during an interview with one of the news outlets.

In musical circles, Sergei Bugaev is better known under the pseudonym "Africa". He spoke about the need to create a museum of rock music and dedicate it to the famous musician Viktor Tsoi and his Kino team after an interesting discovery. Such a find was the personal documents that belonged to the composer and cult singer Viktor Tsoi during his lifetime. They were found by one of the Petersburgers.

According to "Africa", such documents must necessarily remain within the Russian Federation and must be stored in museums in the most suitable conditions. If such a find is not redeemed on time and its exposition is not included, there is a high probability that in the shortest possible time there will be a person or a foreign museum who will redeem the documents. A scenario is quite possible, in which further such a find will be exhibited at the world's largest auctions, where they will be significantly overpriced, but even here there will be a buyer for Tsoi's personal papers.

In the new museum, the opening of which may be St. Petersburg, they propose to keep things not only those associated with Viktor Tsoi, but also with other famous musicians.

It should be remembered that earlier on the Internet on a board with free advertisements, one Petersburg resident Dmitry put up an advertisement in which Viktor Tsoi's things were put up for sale. These things were manuscripts of poems, a notebook and a passport of the famous musician. The seller said that he was closely acquainted with the rock musician and that he even visited Dmitry on a visit. On one of these visits, Tsoi simply forgot his things with a St. Petersburg resident, who discovered them only after the death of the musician in 1992.

For many years the resident of St. Petersburg did not talk about his find, he tried to keep everything secret. He was driven by the need for money to put his valuables up for sale. The ad drawn up by him attracted the attention of representatives of the auction house "Litfond". It was to him that all of Tsoi's belongings were handed over for their further sale at an auction scheduled for September. All available items will be put up for sale with a starting price of 3.5 million rubles.
