8 years of marriage and 25 years of clarifying the relationship: Why Viktor and Irina Saltykov cannot find a common language

Their romance began so beautifully that it seemed like a fairy tale. Viktor Saltykov and his future wife Irina, approaching the doors of the registry office, sincerely believed that they would live together until the end of their days. But the reality turned out to be much sadder and more prosaic than their hopes: after only eight years, the marriage broke up. A quarter of a century has passed since that time, and the former spouses still remind of themselves by publicly clarifying the relationship about who became guilty of the divorce.

Dream come true

Back in 1986, the "Forum" group, whose soloist was Viktor Saltykov, came on tour to Sochi. The collective then was at the peak of popularity, all the musicians were known by sight, and very often at the moment of their appearance on the street, a crowd of fans immediately formed around. Naturally, all members of the group, young handsome guys, did not neglect the attention of women. Viktor Saltykov was also no exception, but he was always surprised: what do women find in him?

On that day in Sochi, the artists decided to walk around the city, and almost immediately they saw two beautiful girls at the bus stop, whom they immediately went to meet. Viktor Saltykov later recalled: as soon as he saw one of them, he was practically speechless. This was the girl of his dreams, which he invented and drew in his imagination a long time ago.

Irina Sapronova, of course, was flattered by the attention of the famous musician. Their rapidly developing relationship was the least like a holiday romance. At least, their meetings continued after their return, however, they were not as frequent as the lovers would like. Viktor Saltykov, as soon as he had a free day, immediately rushed from Leningrad to Moscow, where Irina had moved by that time. But for these trips, it was still necessary to carve out time between the endless tours of the Forum.

Fairytale nightmare

The performer's mother reacted to Victor's decision to marry without much enthusiasm, the future daughter-in-law seemed to her too fashionable for her son, she would like to see a more modest girl next to him. And when Irina was expecting a child, she became very capricious, rude with or without. In general, the relationship between the singer's mother and wife frankly did not develop, but they did not see each other too often.

Victor soon moved to his wife in Moscow, where the situation with Irina's whims was smoothed out by his mother-in-law, fulfilling all the whims of her daughter. The singer himself was not at home so often: in Moscow, he, together with Alexander Nazarov, the former unofficial leader of the Forum, moved to the new Electroclub group, organized by David Tukhmanov.

A daughter, Alisa, was soon born in the family, and his beloved wife Irina, who at the beginning of her acquaintance seemed to Viktor Saltykov as a dream come true, was rapidly losing her charm in his eyes. He admitted in his interviews that over time he began to respond with rudeness to rudeness, his wife was offended for a long time, which also did not contribute to strengthening the relationship.

To all the problems, the performer's hobby for alcohol was added. The fees at Electroclub were very high compared to Forum, but Irina Saltykova persuaded her husband to start a solo career, it seemed to her that he would bring much more money to the house if he performed on his own. As a result, he left the group, but did not find the expected golden mountains. Irina sang at one time in the "Mirage" group, but with two artists in the family, her daughter remained completely without the attention of her parents. Victor made his wife choose: family or "Mirage". She chose the first, but then tirelessly nagged her husband for the fact that he did not give her the opportunity at that time to realize herself as a singer.

By that time, the life of the spouses had turned from a fairy tale into a real nightmare. The head of the family was so tired of his wife's constant reproaches and her constant discontent that he began to disappear from home more and more often. Living together was already simply unbearable. Endless scandals, showdown, assault and betrayal. Moreover, on both sides. Eight years later, the couple separated, extremely dissatisfied with both their experience of family life and each other.

A quarter of a century of sorting out the relationship

Viktor Saltykov married shortly after the divorce on one of his fans, acquaintance with whom he considers a gift from heaven. His second wife is also named Irina, but, unlike the first, she has just an angelic character. She gave birth to his daughter Anna and son Svyatoslav, and also created such an atmosphere in the house that he hurries from any trip to where he is loved, where they believe in him and wait. He would like to forget his first marriage, like one big nightmare, but the first wife periodically reminds of himself with loud statements and accusations directly from the TV screen.

Previously, Viktor Saltykov maintained a relationship with his eldest daughter Alice, but later she herself refused to communicate with her father. The singer believes that this ex-wife turned her daughter against him.

For a while, Viktor Saltykov tried not to react to Irina's accusations, but then they became so offensive that he decided to clarify the situation. Now the spouses periodically prove to each other who hurt whom more in marriage. Irina claims that Victor was rude, drank a lot, cheated and raised a hand to her. He also talks about how Irina tore his face in blood and launched in his direction everything that came to hand, even knives.

It is difficult to understand who is right and who is wrong in this situation. Irina demands constant apologies from Victor. Perhaps, wounded pride and resentment for her uncomfortable personal life still speaks in her. Unlike Viktor Saltykov, she never married again, and her daughter became the only joy in her life.

The performer admits: he repeatedly asked his ex-wife for forgiveness, and apologized to his eldest daughter for insufficient participation in her life. But nobody wants to hear his words. He was endlessly tired of this showdown for 25 years. He would be glad to stop, but he is forced to respond to the constant attacks of his ex-wife.

In the 1980s Viktor Saltykov performed with the Electroclub group and was very popular. This the project was largely experimental - both for the artistic director, composer David Tukhmanov, and for the participants. But the project turned out to be successful: the songs "Chistye Prudy", "Horses in Apples", "Dark Horse" are still remembered by everyone.
