Who is Dave Creek
Dave Creek is the lead character designer for the hit animated series Bob's Diner. He died on January 7 from injuries sustained after a failed parachute jump. He was only 42 years old.
Executives from 20th Television, Fox Entertainment and Bento Box Entertainment jointly announced: "We are heartbroken over the tragic passing of Dave Crick, a distinguished artist who has worked with Bob's Diner from day one." After graduating from California Institute of the Arts, Dave worked as a freelance animator. In 2011, he joined the Bob's Diner team and did not leave the project until the end. Throughout his career, Dave's talent has contributed to the creation of many popular cartoon characters.
In addition to working in animation, Dave Creek was also known as an avid carpenter and miniature treehouse master. Its stunning architectural masterpieces are now cult status. The artist has a lot of fans on social networks. People have always been amazed at his angelic patience and incredible skill.
Bob's Diner
According to the director of the cartoon, Simon Chong, Dave himself created the beloved character Bob. In addition, he has also demonstrated his exceptional talent for creating tiny bonsai tree houses by hand.
This American animated television sitcom was created by Lauren Bouchard for FOX. This cartoon is about a man named Bob who makes burgers in his diner. Despite all the shortcomings of the service and the low quality of the eatery, the whole family of Bob and he himself are confident of success. Critics reacted to the series rather ambiguously. Besides digital design and skydiving, Dave had a hobby that few people knew about. He loved making tiny bonsai tree houses. And he did it just brilliantly! Dangerous hobby
Dave Creek was a real adventurer. His restless nature demanded an outlet for vigorous activity. That is why skydiving has become one of his passions. Dave often shared photos of his jumps and aerial views on social media. A couple of weeks before his death, he even shared photos of a successful landing on his Instagram account.
Unfortunately, something went wrong on January 7th. Dave landed badly, suffered many injuries and died. He will always be remembered for his exceptional skill and talent. These tiny bonsai tree houses, which he made by hand, will serve as an eternal reminder of him.
