And here is the famous Russian actor Alexey Serebryakov raised three - the daughter of his wife Masha and two boys taken from the orphanage. - says the artist, who loves a soul in his wife and children, and is ready to do anything for them.

Alexei Serebryakov, 56, is one of the most famous and sought-after actors in Russian cinema, People's Artist of Russia since 2010. The years passed. The actor had fleeting hobbies. For each of his girls, he tried to try on the image of a wife, but this did not go further. However, in the personal life of the actor Serebryakov, once everything was decided by chance. Being invited to his friends' birthday celebrations, Alexey bought a bouquet of flowers, went up to the floor and rang the doorbell. A one-year-old girl opened it to him, who immediately stretched out her hands to him from the doorway and called him "dad". The guests laughed heartily, watching the actor, dumbfounded by surprise. And a little later it turned out that the baby was the daughter of the very Maria, with whom Serebryakov was secretly in love ten years ago. Shortly before this meeting with mutual acquaintances, she flew from Canada to show her granddaughter Dasha to her parents. Over the years that Alexei and Masha did not see each other, the girl, in search of a better life, managed to leave for Canada, become quite successful, get married and have a daughter.

And if then, more than a decade ago, 21-year-old Alexei failed to win the heart of a 16-year-old dancer working in the collective of Boris Moiseev, now the girl looked at the actor in a completely different way. Immediately while visiting, she turned to Alexei for help. And the next day he drove Masha and her daughter to the clinic for examination in his car, and then carried the baby in his arms to the entrance. It was in that short moment that he thought he was carrying his daughter.

He realized that he was missing. All the time that Maria and her daughter were in Moscow, Alexei was there. An incredible struggle was going on in his soul, he understood that he could not be without them. He also understood that his beloved was married, that Dasha had a father. Serebryakov also asked himself the question: will he be able not only to fully replace one - husband, another - father, and become for them a dear and close person. Yes, and not only replace, but also make sure that no one ever regretted it. On the other hand, he needed a family, and that forever, until his last breath. He now says so: "that he wants to die with his wife on the same day."

To be honest, the artist was always very indecisive: before doing anything, he weighed all the pros and cons several times. However, in the situation when his fate was being decided, Serebryakov understood that if he now did not decide on an act, his girlfriend would return to Canada and he would lose her forever.

Masha, although she responded to Serebryakov's feelings, was expecting the last word from him. And Alexei decided to send her with her child to Canada on the condition that she talk to her husband, take a divorce and return to Russia. Of course, he understood that this was a huge risk, but there was no other way out to solve this problem in a civilized manner.

Love, of course, did its job: Maria divorced her husband, took her daughter and returned to her homeland. And Alexei rented a spacious apartment for a lot of money and, sitting behind the wheel of a taxi, began to "bomb", since it was impossible to survive on scanty acting fees from filming at that time. And he wanted his family not to need anything.

Adopted babies

And now Serebryakov began to dream of only one thing: about another child - their common baby with Masha. However, the couple soon realized that, unfortunately, this was impossible. And somehow after filming the episode where Alexei played the happy father of a newborn child, the actor came home and told Masha that they should adopt the boy. There were no objections. Maria toured several nearby orphanages before finding a toddler who she thought could become their son. Alexey also went to this orphanage later, completely not knowing who the choice of his wife fell on. Incredibly, the little boy, who clearly stood out from the rest of the children with his small stature and indifferent behavior, unexpectedly approached the actor and hugged him tightly by the neck. So the future father and son stood for about 20 minutes in the middle of the orphanage. As it turned out later, it was this 2-year-old boy who liked Maria. Of course, he then became the second child of the Serebryakovs, who was named Danila.

After the adoption story, Alexey and Maria began to actively help orphanage children, carried out various actions to collect clothes, groceries, diapers and delivered them to orphanages. So in one of them, Alexei saw a boy who touched his heart to nagging pain. This was a child who had had time to sip a lot of grief in life, very problematic and practically uncontrollable, with a set of not very good diagnoses.

Nevertheless, one weekend the couple went for a walk with their children, taking three-year-old Stepan with them. A week later, the boy was in their house forever. As the actor confesses now, they all had a hard time with Styopka, and especially his wife. The boy had to be taught to eat from a plate, to teach to talk and everything the most elementary. And only to the incredible patience of the adoptive parents, the baby forgot about his terrible past, became an open and benevolent child.

Moving to Canada

In 2012, Alexey and Maria decided to emigrate to Canada in the city of Toronto in order to give their children a good education and a chance for a decent future. The idea to leave for the first time appeared back in 2010, when forests and peat bogs were burning near Moscow and the capital was suffocating in smog. And also the reason for leaving, according to the actor himself, was the unfavorable social situation prevailing in Russia, associated with the growth of aggression and intolerance.

Living and working in two countries

After Serebryakov moved to Canada, he literally received a flurry of criticism from overly patriotic compatriots. A native Muscovite Alexei Serebryakov (1964) comes from an intelligent family. Father is an aircraft designer, mother is a medic. It was thanks to his mother, who was a doctor on the staff of the film studio, that the boy became at first a "behind-the-scenes" child, and later a young actor.

Alexey Serebryakov played his first role at the age of 13 in the family saga "Eternal Call", filmed at "Mosfilm" in 1978-1983 (Dimka Savelyev, son of Fyodor and Anna in childhood). So in 1977, Alexei first appeared on the set. The successful debut was followed by the following works: Kuzma from the melodrama "Late Berry" (1978), Alyosha from the drama "Father and Son" (1979), Suvorov's resident Vladimir in the adventure film "Scarlet epaulettes" (1979), Vitya Chernov from the drama "The Last Runaway" "(1980), the bullfighter Misha from the heroic comedy" Look Both "(1981). By the end of school, Alexei had already played in six film projects and his professional future was determined.

Having received a certificate in 1981, the young man submitted documents to the Shchukin school, but the chairman of the commission was biased towards the young talent and literally flunked him at the entrance exams. Slightly moving away from the blow of fate, Serebryakov accepts an invitation from the leadership of the provincial drama theater and goes to Syzran, where he begins his career for 70 rubles a month.

But the next academic year, Serebryakov entered the "Shchepka", and two years later transferred to the course of Oleg Tabakov at GITIS, which he graduated in 1986. After graduation, Alexei worked for about five years in the theater of his mentor. And at the same time he acted in films: "Quiet Outpost", "The Wedding Is Accused", "Fun of the Young", filmed in 1986, one of the first adult works of the actor. And in 1991, Serebryakov decided to devote himself entirely to cinema and left "Snuffbox", although he was immensely grateful to Oleg Tabakov for everything.

In 2017, the long-awaited premiere of the series "Doctor Richter" took place. This is a domestic adaptation of the popular American TV series "House Doctor" about a genius doctor-misanthrope who cracks intricate medical riddles like nuts and hates life. In the original, House is played by Briton Hugh Laurie, but the main role in Richter went to Serebryakov.

In 2017, the film "The Legend of Kolovrat" was also shot, in which Serebryakov played Prince Yuri Igorevich Ryazansky. A year later, the actor was involved in the American-British TV series "McMafia", where he played the son of Russian émigré mafia.

The actor's filmography today includes more than 130 film projects. In 2021, two films with his participation "Nobody" and "Rabies" will be released.
