The leader of the rock group Alisa, Konstantin Kinchev, announced that he would give concerts, despite the antiviral restrictions. The scandal with the artist erupted after the city administration fined the site where the musician gave an "underground" concert.

Commenting on the situation, actor Sergei Murzin said that Kinchev has every right to express his position, even if it is tough. No restrictions and decisions of the administration will be able to drive musicians and artists underground.

The logic of closing theaters and canceling events is really not entirely clear, since many other public places remained active.

“Shopping malls are open, people walk around without masks, bump into each other, sneeze and cough, and no one does anything about it. And the entrance to the food courts is closed,”Murzin wonders.

In public transport, according to the actor's observation, almost no one uses protective equipment either.

“Somewhere at the entrance they ask to put on masks, somewhere they ignore. If we are really fighting the virus, then let's completely shut down shopping malls. Absurd? But there is no sense in half measures,”Murzin says.
