Johannes Stötter - Italian artist and musician. The future master was born in South Tyrol in 1978. Johannes has always been a creative person, he was attracted by art. He took part in several folk projects, but gained real world fame as an artist of the body art genre.

The artist said that the idea of how it would all look in the end came to him instantly. The rest of the process was very hard and painstaking work. The main problem turned out to be bringing the model into position.
The painting is beautiful whether you know it is body art or not. The choice of the model for this work was not accidental. Johannes saw only Laura in this role, he believed that she would be ideal for a butterfly.
“She is very sweet, beautiful inside and out, and a strong, patient model,” he praised Laura and added that she is very dedicated to her work. “I think Laura liked being a butterfly. Even though she had to go through the entire process five times, she remained calm and patient and did a great job. Johannes also praised Laura for her ability to hold the position for such a long time and indicated that it was incredibly difficult to do.
The artist uses paint to mask his living models, not only in natural surroundings. He does this also to recreate various forms that we see around us, from animals to inanimate objects, such as … shoes. The artful painting and the curves of the living model combine beautifully with each other to create a stunning optical illusion that looks incredibly realistic.
