Julian Meager was born in 1978 in Sydney, Australia. He studied the art of painting at Charles H Cecil Studios (Florence, Italy), and also attended classes at Sydney's Julian Ashton Art School. Julian is also a Chartered Surgeon - graduated from the University of New South Wales in 2003.
